Why This Work Matters To Me

Families need support through one of life’s most difficult transitions — with guidance, advocacy, and compassion.

The Moment Everything Changed

At 65, my dad began showing signs of Alzheimer’s — just after beating stage 4 throat cancer. Our family was overwhelmed, scared, and unsure of where to turn.

The Harsh Reality

We moved him into a memory care facility, believing it would be a safe, caring environment. Instead, we found neglect, abuse, and a system that all too often failed families like mine.

My anger and sadness turned into purpose, to be the advocate my family never had.

Why I Chose This Path

Today, I advise families who are walking the same path I once did, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and encouraged.
